SPECIAL READER DAKOTA YAFFE is a lover of the human need for connection, even if she’s too ornery to admit it. A poet, a giant nerd and endlessly fascinated by all things with wheels. Her writing is somewhere between and often both maniacal musings and heart felt pleas for those on the outskirts of society. She is passionate about issues such as mental health, gender, religion and love. She can generally be found on her motorcycle or working on cars. She has ridden solo across the country multiple times on an old Harley she built and takes any chance to disappear into the far reaches of the world.
